Not enough clean towels after using the pool!!! The bathtub plug issue and sticky surfaces in the room were disappointing. Also, the pool closure and poor wifi left much to be desired in the overall experience!!!

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking on my family after providing us with local recommendations. Our kids felt recognized, which was lovely.

However, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired—it had sticky surfaces and lacked basic amenities like bath plugs.

I loved that I was just a short walk away from Liza Jackson Park, perfect for leisurely strolls with scenic views, and with multiple dining options like Olive Garden only a few steps away, it made my weekend so enjoyable.

Request extra shampoo and linens upon arrival, as they may take a while to deliver later.

The location was fantastic, close to beaches and dining options, but the room left a lot to be desired. There were issues like smoke odor in our non-smoking room and a hard bed, which detracted from the overall experience. Still, the staff were friendly and helpful.

stayed at hole inn the wall hotel, sunset plaza for 5 nights. the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, which made check-in easy. the location was also a plus, as it was close to numerous attractions. the pool was fun, and we enjoyed our king room, non-smoking.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free parking, 24-hour reception, and the outdoor pool. The staff even helped me with directions during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city trip!

It was just an ideal choice for one night in Fort Walton Beach with best value. The room had a nice pool, which was a great way to cool off. Make sure to double-check the air conditioning before settling in.
